At AN Perfumery, we want you to fall in love with your fragrance. Because of the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. To help you find your perfect match, we offer 8ML trial-sized decants of our collection. If you’re exploring a new scent, we highly recommend starting with a trial size to ensure it’s the right story for you.

Perfumes are non-returnable products.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to our address.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages.
